These Terms govern your use of Hypothesis Lab(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What this is

Hypothesis Lab is a free beta. Features may change without notice and availability is not guaranteed. The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the team management page.

3. Your content

You own the hypotheses, pre-mortems, and resolution notes you create. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display them so the Service can run.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. No warranties, no liability

Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is capped at CHF 0. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use it accordingly.
